Ingredients:

Ginger – 1-inch piece, minced

Green chili – 1, chopped (optional)

Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric – ½ tsp

Garam masala – 1 tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Oil – 2 tbsp

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Fresh coriander – chopped, for garnish
For Assembly:

Small tortillas or roti wraps

Mint chutney or yogurt drizzle

Prep Jackfruit: Boil jackfruit until soft, then shred using hands or a fork.

Make Masala Filling:

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add onions and sauté until golden.

Add garlic, ginger, and green chili. Cook for 1 minute.

Stir in tomato puree and cook until oil separates.

Add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, salt, and garam masala.
