  • Ginger – 1-inch piece, minced

  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp

  • Turmeric – ½ tsp

  • Garam masala – 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp

  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Oil – 2 tbsp

  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp

  • Fresh coriander – chopped, for garnish

For Assembly:

  • Small tortillas or roti wraps

  • Pickled onions

  • Mint chutney or yogurt drizzle

  • Shredded lettuce or cabbage

  • Optional toppings: sev, crumbled paneer, avocado slices
